Genital herpes: If sexually active, and if the problem started within 10 days of having sex, then by far the most likely cause is genital herpes. Initial herpes often has one or two new crops of blisters/sores over 2-4 weeks. See a doctor ASAP for diagnosis and treatment with oral acyclovir or valacyclovir. Also prompt HIV testing: in your country, new genital herpes often is accompanied by new HIV. Good luck.
