Varies with cycle: You normally ovulate 14 days before your period, so day 16 with a 30 day cycle and day 22 with a 36 day cycle. Predicting ovulation ahead of time is difficult because you don't know how long a particular cycle will be. Ovulation predictor kits available at the drug store are expensive and not always reliable. Plot your daily "basal body temperature" and watch for a slight temperature rise.
