Second opinion : If your ovulation kits show no ovulation there is no reason to wait one year. Get a second opinion by a different obgyn or try clarifying the situation with your current one

I agree.: The definition of infertility is > than a year of unprotected intercourse but > than 6 months of you are 35 or older. Obviously you are concerned and waiting another 3-4 months only has a 5-10% chance of pregnancy. Respectfully, if your doctor does not appreciate your concerns, you may consider finding a new one. Although you are young, you feel that same as a 34 or 44 who is having trouble.
