?Concern/Curiosity?: The sudden or RAPID loss of taste/smell is part of the recognized symptom complex associated with COVID. However, Dr. Fowler is correct pointing out that many things can cause these symptoms. I'd recommend a visit with a doctor to decide the BEST way to work these issues up with the best lab and diagnostic tests. Cheers!
