COVID 19: Unfortunately headache is a common symptom with COVID 19. There were early articles warning against use of NSAID's with COVID 19, however updated information shows that you can use NSAID's for pain. Acetaminophen is another choice.

Treatment: As Dr Fowler remarks, headaches are common and can last for months. If you try NSAID's, choose naproxen sodium. May need to prevent or breakup the headache pattern. OTC choices: riboflavin, feverfew, Co-Q10, magnesium, butterbur. If too intense, see neurologist for further help.
