Chest pain: Unless you are 100% sure that you have a muscle strain you need emergency evaluation for your chest pain!! Cheat “heaviness “ is a type of chest pain.

Concerning: That combination of symptoms is concerning and, I feel, warrants an examination preferably in the emergency room where prompt care and testing are available. A cardiac problem is the concern here.
