I have been experiencing pain in my right hand (palm area). when i try to open a jar, pick up something heavy, or move it the wrong way i lose strength in my hand. what an i do to help this issue? pain in hand?

Need diagnosis: This could be a deep bruise, trauma to a vein, a nerve problem at wrist (carpal tunnel), synovitis, small stress fracture, etc. See your doctor, get diagnosed, and once established therapeutic intervention can commence.
