Yes, but....: Diarrhea and nausea are very nonspecific symptoms and go along with a long list of possible diagnoses. On the top of that list is definitely a viral "tummy bug", which will run its course in a week or two. But it could be other things as well - food intolerances, urinary tract infection, opiod withdrawl....- the list is ling and varied. If pain develops, blood in stool, bad vomiting, see doctor
