I have a growth on my ear that had started out small like a small freckle, but is now the size of a dime...it's starting to have an impact on hearing, and i can't wear earphones, or use a phone comfortably with it. i want it removed. whats cost like?

Visit a doctor: Any growth in your body requires a medical check up. Since you had a freckle before the growth, I would be very concerned that it can be a melanoma. This can be verified by visiting your PCP. He/she may be able to remove it. Costs are difficult to estimate as that depends on what procedure is done.
