A member asked:

When should i isolate from? exposed to covid date or diagnosed with covid date?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Covid isolation: On Dec. 2nd, the CDC relaxed their 14 day quarantine. You can isolate for 10 days from the day you test positive (if you have no symptoms). If you had close contact with someone who tested positive, you can quarantine for 10 days or 7 days if you test negative 5 days following the close contact.
