Vaginal odor ?'s: A vaginal odor is usually caused by infection with bacterial/fungal/parasitic organisms. In particular, a "fishy odor" may be associated with Trichomonas (a parasite). See your gyn physician for an exam and testing. Your partner and any sexual contacts should also be tested to reduce recurrent infection by additional contact even after you are treated.
