I woke up with a one sided headache ( on my left), it started with my eyes seeing blur screens while i was working and the headache started compressing on one side and it felt like someone was squeezing my one side of the brain. ?

Migraine: You provide an excellent description of a visual aura followed by a hemicranial headache. You likely do possess "classical migraine", and your headache will likely last several hours only. If this becomes a frequent pattern, medication to prevent this is available. Sleep does help alleviate. Best to avoid smoking and female hormones. Hope you recover soon.
