Hard t say: Skin rashes often require direct observation or at least a good detailed description for assessment. Rashes can be related to illness, contact to soaps/lotions/fabrics, reaction to bug bites, etc. Just writing rash & location is too vague a description for a specific label. If it bothers you have it looked at.
