Need more info: Why was this test done? All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, depending on your symptoms, it may not mean anything. Wish you good health!

Ultrasound results, mildly enlarged liver showed homogeneous echopattern with slightly thickened portal tracts can be noted. no obvious hepatic lesion or dilated intrahepatic biliary radicles. while my liver enzymes normal?
