I had grade 3 vericocele(2.5 -3.0mm) so got left varicocelectomy done 3.5 months ago. to help with pain doc gave me methylcobalamin 1500mcg tablet. taking it since 1 month..but still dull pain in testis,recent usg shows(1.5-2.0mm) veins,is it fine?

Vitamin B12: Methylcobalamin is Vitamin B12. Have no idea why this was prescribed either for pain or for healthy 24-year-old. Sorry, pain persists 3 months after suregry. Hope surgery was performed either for symptoms or reduced sperm motility on semenanalysis, not just because it was there. Don't worry about 1.5 - 2 cm vein on USG. Supportive briefs or boxer briefs may be more comfortable than boxers.
