ASAP : Call your doctor or urgent care to set up consult whcih will by most likley via " Telemedicine " . We are in era of Pandemic and your symptoms could be related to it. Symtomatic care as releiave of cough , fever and breathing support ( home use of inhalers etc) can be prescribed via such consult . If any significant worsenning of breathing - go to emergency . Keep fresh air at home , humidifier
