Firm bump found to the right of the tail of epididymis. right tesitcle. can vary in size (2mm-5mm). sometimes can't find it (disappears). can be shifted around from side of the tail to the tip if testicle is massaged firmly. no other symtoms?

Epididymal cyst: Your epididymal cyst is quite benign. Do not worry about it. Scrotal/testicular self examination should be performed by every adult male, keep it up. Epididymal cysts only require surgery if they cause significant discomfort.

I can feel the head of epididymis on one side of the testicles but on the opposite side i can feel some skin attached to the testicle, it is not a lump or a bump ,does not hurt i can feel it one both the testicles, isn't it a part of the epididymis?
