3 months ago my ha1c was 5.0. dont have diabetes. just did another one and now results are 8.2. is that possible that in 3 months it got so high?(technician didnt let alcohol dry and draw a blood 2 secs after wiping my hand with alcohol wipe.?

"Diabetic" HAIC ?'s: At age 28, without dramatic dietary changes or weight gain, it is unusual for HA1C to rise from "5.0 to 8.2", and may just be a lab error. Get another test done with usual consumption of carbohydrates. If the HA1C is still 8 or above, see an internist for guidance.
