Need a test: Hard to say without testing. Nasal congestion and cough are both typical Covid-19 symptoms, along with fever, body/muscle aches, fatigue, sore throat, diarrhea, difficulty breathing, loss of smell/taste and rashes. In the absence of other symptoms, only a test will rule out Covid. You should self-isolate in case you are covid positive.

Any of the above: Estimates suggest 5-50X the number diagnosed with covid may have or have had it, This is because so many of the infected patients have few if any symptoms & what symptoms they have suggests other issues like those you list. Diagnosis is based on testing for active disease or finding antibodies that verify past infection. Peak symptoms of covid seem to be at the point you are now.
