I have this itchy pimples on my neck and scrotum, ringworm like, and they get very itchy at times im not sure if its when its hot or... they are reddish on my neck, i thought it was a spider bite?

...possibly related: There are many possible causes for itchy pimples on one's neck and scrotum. They are possibly related but spider bite is not high on the list. Having the PCP or Dermatologist take a look at it might provide quickest diagnosis and treatment
