Maybe: This beta-blocker can decrease blood pressure, slow pulse, and cause exercise intolerance. You may therefore feel a bit faint, or lightheaded, or even note worsening on standing, walking, or exercising. This should all be brief as levels re-correct. All should be fully reversible. If not, contact your physician
