My son is 4. has a white discharge coming from his ears and he said she can hear well from it and it hurts a little. when i look in his ear i see a white creamy substance towards the middle ear. does he have a ear infection or is it normal?

Not normal: A discharge from the ear is not normal. Assume infection until proven otherwise. Talk to his pediatrician!
