Antibodies: If you quarantined for 14 days and you have no symptoms for a few days or haven't been closely exposed to known cases since then,you shouldn't be contagious and you would test negative at this time. Positive antibodies signify that you had been exposed to or had a case of covid sometime in the past.

Depends on AB type: If the antibodies (AB) are of the IgG type, it means that you exposed and those AB can fight the virus and deactivate it, and you aren't contagious,however that's the case for common viruses,but for the covid-19,still research is needed to confirm. If AB are of the IgM type,means you had recent infection and still fighting it. Keep using , masks, distancing and hand wash at any rate
