Dr evaluation : If you have a persistent bad headache which is new for you & have not seen a Dr for it, you really need to see one. They can do a thorough history & exam & tell if might be sinus problem or dental problem or neurological problem or stress & recommend appropriate treatment

HEADACHE: Although it is not feasible to pinpoint a reliable diagnosis based upon your initial comments, the pattern will likely be most consistent with migraine. Have you had prior headaches or is this the first? Should be gone by 24 hrs, but persistence would implicate communication with your doctor.
