Painful heartbeat: Discuss with your team. I know this is frightening. But this is “ normal “ if you have anemia. The heart pump strength that you feel is related to the fact that it must pump harder to get needed oxygen to your muscles and kidney and brain because of the anemia. This will get better when your anemia is corrected. Ask what is the cause so u can help correct it.
