Get to a doctor or??: First off..you say you HAD an tooth abscess. Is it (the tooth)gone? Oral infections can be very dangerous. The weight loss and back pain etc. could all be from the infection since your vomiting (that hurts after enuf times). You might just need to see a doctor and get IV antibiotics, not just oral ones. Best not to sit around any longer and get on this.

Tooth Abscess: Was the infected tooth treated or extracted? Were the antibiotics prescribed for this tooth infection or did you self medicate? Loss of 60 lbs is nothing to ignore. Please see a physician for a full work up, a proper diagnosis, and appropriate care.
