Stool: The ability to cleanse yourself will depend in part on the consistency of the stool. This is often determined by dietary intake. You might try eating unpasteurized yogurt frequently or using a probiotic and an otc fiber product to add bulk to your stool. In interim, if you can dampen the toilet tissues it may help to prevent the irritation which may occur from excessive wiping.
