30 days ago while rubbing left eye, i knuckled it too hard as if pressed on the eyeball. since then i am having pain with mild blur. the pain after a month has reduced but not completely gone .slit lamp exam is normal. is it muscle trauma/strain?

It is strange that that you did not ask the doc doing the exam. It could be from trauma and it should recover in a few more weeks. If not pl see an ophthalmologist.
