Liquid antacid: A liquid antacid may help to settle your stomach. It is important to stay hydrated with water or ice chips, as dehydration may be causing some of your lightheadedness.

Vomiting: Nausea & vomiting may be from a viral gastrointestinal tract infection in which diarrhea often follows or could be from a food intolerance or food poisoning. These usually gradually resolve on their own after several days. Dramamine & drinking flat room temperature ginger ale also settles your stomach. Drink water. Eat only broth & saltines for a day or so. Avoid harsh roughage. ?Call MD as needed
