A 47-year-old female asked:

Taking 0.5mg lorazepam as needed for anxiety & muscle relaxant/pain. how often is too often? if i take it 2 or 3 days in a row is that too much? if i take it a total of 6 times in a month? how do i know when i've used it often enough to need a taper?
