HPV vaccine: "Plausible"? Sure; it would be effective and harmless. However, you may not be at very high risk at your age, even if still seuxally active with maybe several partners in the future. Something to discuss in person with a provider knowledgeable about STDs in general and HPV in particular. Good luck.
