Several treatments: First of all, start moisturizing your entire body. Use ointments if possible - they are more effective than lotions or creams. Limit showering and bathing to 1-2 times a week if possible. If you are intensely itchy, you can try OTC oral Claritan, Zyrtec or Benadryl (later one works great, but likely to make you drowsy). If any tiny red dots present ,need to be looked at to make sure no infestation
