Weight loss: Is always of concern specifically at your age and in the presence of other symptoms. Would suggest starting with your pediatrician so that you have also a smooth transition to adult medicine. Your irregular periods are likely related to your sudden weight loss either directly or having a common root.

Major Depression: I understand your distress. Weight loss, trouble sleeping and “no period” are likely due to Depression and Anxiety due to stresses. At age 18, you possibly are going through stresses which could be: • Relationships • Separation/Break ups • Problem with Parents • Traumatic experiences • Please see a Psychiatrist for: •Diagnosis •Therapy •Release of Feelings •Medication •Breathing Relaxation.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Unintended weight loss should be taken seriously and it would be prudent to see a doctor at your earliest. Wish you good health!
