Hello my eye lids/under eyes are swollen. it has been for three days now. i have had antihistamine. worries it is a result of inflammation/toxicity in my body. please advise on next steps - should i go for tests and if so, which ones?

Eyelid swelling: Rather than toxicity, I suspect an allergic reaction to something that came in contact with your eyelids since both are involved. In my experience,cosmetics and hair spray are common triggers. Associated itching may or may not be present. Avoid these triggers and hopefully you don't wear glasses during these symptoms.
