Can the type of soap i use to clean under foreskin cause burning when i pee and bumps?

Possibly: Some soaps can cause irritation in that area, especially if not rinsed well. The irritation could then cause pain with urination. The "bumps" are a different question. It would be unusual for chemical irritation, which is what we're talking about, to cause bumps, unless they are just small irritation type bumps.If they are large,open draining or painful ,you should be evaluated for possible STDs
