Pilonidal cyst: The location correlates with what they call pilonidal cyst. There are also congenital abnormalities which may relate to the tail bone or spine. If there is pain ,redness or swelling, medical care and sometimes surgery may become necessary. Have your health care provider check it out.

Sacral dimple: I couldn't resist answering this question since I'm certain that having 2 Dr. Dariush's answering you for ANYTHING will likely never happen again! How do you know they're NOT Sacral or Venus dimples? If you've had them since birth then, that's the MOST likely benign entity they could be. Unlikely to be pilonidal cysts or undiagnosed infection. Photographs would be helpful to identify them.
