I woke up this morning with this hard lump in my lower right abdomen. it doesnt hurt but when i press on it it feels uncomfortable. i have been dealing with constipation for a little while, could it just be backed up stool? should i be worried?

Need to examine: If you have been constipated, that could be an explanation. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
