Hi i have pain that comes and go inside my right knee. it started feeling like theres small stone. started yesterday and got a bit more frequent today (probably because i exercised today?) the pain come every 20 minutes approx and lasts a few secs

Cartilage tear?: A sensation “like a small stone” could be a small cartilage tear (usually occurs with a twisting injury during exercise or trauma) - this would need Dr evaluation & some type of imaging. Ice, rest, & anti inflammatory in the meantime can help.
