I have had diarrhea, ive been cold /hot , shaky feeling , i have felt nauseous, weird feeling like i had with my gallbladder. also no appetite. and losing weight. my stomach has been hurting so idk what to do ?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Make sure to drink enough water, fruit juice or electrolyte drink so that your urine is mostly colorless. You may take imodium and/or Pepto Bismol. If that does not help it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
