Pregnancy: If the bleeding is lighter than normal, you could still be pregnant or it was an abnormal pregnancy and you miscarried. It could also be a pregnancy that implanted in the wrong place. I would recommend seeing your doctor to find out what is going on, especially if you are having any other abdominal pain or cramping.
