Uncertain: If your pregnancy ended at 4 weeks 5 days from last period, that means the embryo was only 2 weeks along in its development. It might have been resorbed without any bleeding. I have two questions. 1: how did you know you miscarried? 2. Is it possible you are still pregnant? I would recommend another pregnancy test. If it's negative you should have another period in about two weeks.
