Maybe: The large bowel passes over that location before turning down to the mid/lower abdomen. Often a bubble of bowel gas will collect at that location & may be noticeable. I can not think of another more worrisome cause.

Agree with Dr. F: Movement of gas in the colon is a likely explanation. If it does not subside in a couple of days, or gets worse, it would be prudent to see a doctor to rule out partial obstruction. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
