ER ASAP: Testicular pain can be a sign of a serious problem! The testicle within the scrotal sac can twist on itself causing something called torsion. If a testicle becomes torsed, it's blood supply can be cut off. This is a medical emergency and should be address by an in person visit to an ER ASAP.
