Basics: If it made it into her stomach, she will readily drink fluids and if so there is no emergency. A trip to a clinic with x-ray capability could verify the presence and location of a coin. If present you can consult with the staff on whether they think it will pass naturally or need to be retrieved. I wouldn't worry much at her age if it were a small coin, but a larger coin is borderline.

Watch and wait: If she is not having any trouble breathing, swallowing or eating, you watch and wait. Check her stools to make sure coin passes within 2-5 days. If sure it has not passed by then. call pediatrician to request a "babygram" to locate the coin. If starts complaining of pain or has symptoms develop, call immediately at that time.
