I was in a car wreck while on the depo shot. i lost a lot of my blood and i was wondering if that can mess the shot up. i always have a regular period and ive missed it this month. could i be pregnant ?

Pregnancy ?: If the blood loss from the accident was not due to vaginal bleeding, the "depo shot" will still be protective against pregnancy. With depoprogesterone , periods are often irregular or absent. Obtain a serum HCG test to accurately determine pregnancy, but the chances are the irregular (missed) period is b/c of the "depo shot".
