Swelling of or on?: You said painless swelling of breast and another place you said swelling on. It may mean different things. I would not want to alarm you but would suggest to be evaluated. It may mean the swelling is from hormonal changes, because of age, if the whole breast is swollen but it could be more serious. Swelling on would need more description to suggest possibilities.
