WHAT IS NEW?: Is there something in the house that you are allergic to? Some clothes that you change into in the evening? Do you eat or drink something specific in the evening. Keep exploring the possibilities.

Is urticaria: Most of the time is autoimmune or spontaneous urticaria, if there is not a clear relation with a exposure and if you feel well otherwise, try daily Allegra or Zyrtec until 2- 4 weeks without, then see if it comes back. If not well control, might need an evaluation. Most of the time is a transient illness. Best of lucks.
