Infection armpit: As you have tenderness in both armpits, reasons are usually related to removing the hair, deodorant causing allergies, infection, or inflammation. Lymph node can be enlarged in any of these conditions usually less than 2 cm and last for less than 2 weeks. Skin &/or hair follicle may have bacterial infection causing tenderness. Wash the area, use moist heat. If. not better, please see your doctor
