I have 2 skin tags that have chuffed and appear to have become infected?

Antibiotic cream: You may apply triple antibiotic cream to the lesions. It is available over the counter. You may wish to consider getting the tags removed to prevent recurrence of the lesions. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Skin tags: I assume the skin tags are on your neck and are reddened. If the surrounding skin isn't reddened and there's no swelling or pus draining, wash with warm water and plain soap and apply an antibacterial ointment. Keep clothing away if possible. Otherwise protect with loose gauze held with paper tape. See MD if involvement becomes worse as oral antibiotics may then be needed.
