Azoospermia : Sorry to hear about your problem. I do not know where you live but it sounds to me like you are being told old wives tales. Or old husbands tales. I have never heard if this before and been doing medicine for 64 years. Discuss with team. She could become infertile if she gets an STD from you. But I assume she is your only partner, male or female. And same for her. If not use protection.
